Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the room.
Check-out time is 11:59 AM. Please notify the front desk at least 10 minutes prior for a room inspection. Delayed notice may result in a short wait.
Burning incense is not allowed.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Keep music and noise at a minimal level. Failure to comply may lead to eviction without refund.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas. Violations may result in eviction without refund.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the apartment caused by themselves or their visitors.
All keys must be returned to the front desk upon check-out.
To cancel your reservation without a fee, you must do so at least 2 days before check-in. Cancelling less than 24 hours before arrival will result in a 30% fee, while no-shows will be charged the full amount with no refund. In emergencies or travel restrictions, contact us promptly—we may make exceptions or offer credits. Full refunds apply for cancellations made 2+ days in advance; cancellations within 1 day get a partial refund minus the 30% fee. Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or our contact channels, and you'll receive confirmation once processed.
